Showcasing the scalable BIM and visualization expertise our specialists bring to VectorQX through prior retail rollout success.

Quick Facts
Project Overview
This case study highlights the retail BIM and visualization expertise our specialists bring to VectorQX, demonstrated by their prior success in delivering scalable solutions for Starbucks retail developments in South Korea.
The engagement focused on transforming client-provided drawings, material references, and site inputs into coordinated 3D BIM environments aligned with global Starbucks branding and interior design standards.
By combining BIM modelling, parametric family creation, and real-time visualization workflows, the project enabled faster approvals, improved coordination, and scalable retail rollout execution.
Client Challenge
The project involved managing multiple retail store designs simultaneously while maintaining strict global branding consistency across varying site conditions and layouts.

The Solution
Reflecting the deep BIM coordination expertise within our team, this workflow was structured to support scalable retail rollout execution, drawing on prior experience in maintaining global design consistency and rapid turnaround timelines.
The workflow included the conversion of client-provided drawings, site information, material references, and interior concepts into detailed Revit-based BIM models representing architectural layouts, furniture arrangements, ceilings, finishes, signage, and retail fixtures.
The scope also included development of custom parametric BIM families for key retail components including counters, partitions, seating systems, furniture elements, and branding components. These reusable families accelerated modelling efficiency and ensured visual and dimensional consistency across multiple store formats.
To enhance stakeholder communication and approval workflows, Enscape was integrated into the BIM process for real-time rendering, immersive walkthroughs, and presentation-ready visualization.
The workflow enabled rapid incorporation of design changes while maintaining coordinated outputs aligned with Starbucks’ global retail standards.
